We are not hiring salaried roles yet. We do work with a vetted bench.
Margsutech is a small operation by design. Rather than advertising a headcount we do not have, we work with a network of vetted engineers and specialists brought onto specific projects. If that model interests you, this page explains how it works and how to register.
How working with us actually works
Remote by default
Work is asynchronous and written. We do not run a schedule of standing meetings, and we do not track hours.
Per-project engagement
Bench members are brought onto specific projects with a defined scope and rate, not retained on standby without work.
Security clearance per engagement
Access is scoped to the project you are on, with multi-factor authentication mandatory. You will not have blanket access to unrelated client systems.
Named accountability
You are credited for your work internally and with the client. Delivery accountability sits with the founder, not distributed to whoever was nearest.

How vetting works
Bench members touch client data, so vetting is real rather than a formality.

- 02A review of shipped work you can point to, not a take-home exercise built for free.
- 03An NDA, and a background check proportionate to the sensitivity of likely engagements.
- 04Mandatory multi-factor authentication before any system access is granted.
Register your interest
Send your background and links to work you have shipped. We keep a register and reach out when a project matches. We will not string you along with a pipeline that does not exist, and if we have nothing suitable we will say so.
