Two lists, kept separate on purpose. The first is sectors we have delivered production work in, each with a named project behind it. The second is sectors we can serve, where the engineering problem is one we already solve but we have no client in that vertical yet.
Most firms merge these into one list. We do not, because the difference is the first thing worth knowing.

We built the platform for a Kenyan medical equipment supplier serving government hospitals, private clinics, and NGOs across East Africa.
What this sector demands: Product catalogues, tender documentation, and procurement compliance, with the accuracy standards that supplying hospitals and clinics requires.

We built a clinical psychology platform with AI-assisted intake, session booking, M-Pesa and card payments, and encrypted messaging.
What this sector demands: Encrypted client-practitioner messaging, validated clinical assessment instruments, and payment handling, under genuine data sensitivity.

Public sector & education
Our founder supports digital literacy integration with Kenya's Ministry of Education, alongside earlier ICT work with the Ministry of Roads & Transport.
What this sector demands: Working within procurement processes, institutional constraints, and digital literacy realities rather than assuming technical staff on the client side.
Sectors we can serve
We have not yet delivered a project in these sectors, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. They are listed because the engineering problem is one we already solve: systems handling money, sensitive records, or both. Where a project needs domain expertise we do not hold, we bring in a vetted specialist under our own accountability.
Technology & SaaS
Margsutech's own platform and MOGMAR POS are both production software products, built with the multi-tenant isolation, subscription billing, and audit requirements that SaaS demands.
Fintech & financial services
Payment integration across M-Pesa, Paystack, and Stripe with a single reconciliation ledger is the core of what we already build. The compliance posture differs; the engineering does not.
Logistics & distribution
Inventory accuracy, multi-location stock, and order tracking are what our point-of-sale and inventory work already handles, at the same scale.
Insurance
Document handling with access control, structured intake, and premium collection across payment rails. Each of these exists in work we have delivered.
Agriculture & agribusiness
Supply chain records, mobile money collection from dispersed buyers, and systems that work on unreliable connectivity, which our progressive web app work is built for.
NGOs & development organisations
Grant reporting, beneficiary records under genuine data sensitivity, and multi-currency accounting. We already supply a medical platform serving NGO buyers.
Manufacturing
Production and inventory tracking with role-scoped access, closely related to the operations systems we have built for retail and distribution.
Energy & utilities
Metered billing, prepaid collection over mobile money, and customer account portals. The billing and payment reconciliation engine is the same one.
